1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and phibet ("phibet", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the phibet online gaming platform available at https://phibet.cam (the "Platform", "Website", "Service").

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Legal Requirements

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account and use phibet services. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to participate in online gaming activities under the laws of the Philippines and any jurisdiction from which you access the Platform.

phibet reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Failure to provide valid identification when requested will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any funds or winnings. Any individual found to have registered an account while under the legal age will have their account permanently closed, and all deposits and winnings will be forfeited.

2.2 Account Creation

You are permitted to hold only one (1) account with phibet. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of funds. When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, address, contact details, and any other information requested.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been conducted by you. You must immediately notify phibet of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

2.3 Geographic Restrictions

phibet services are intended for users physically located within the Philippines. You may not access or use the Platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited or restricted. You represent and warrant that you are not accessing the Platform from any jurisdiction where such access would violate local laws.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Terms

3.1 Deposits

phibet accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, and major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.

Deposits are credited to your account balance immediately upon successful processing. phibet does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges. You are responsible for ensuring that all funds deposited originate from legitimate sources and belong to you.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit whenever possible. Processing times vary by method but generally range from 2 to 6 hours for GCash withdrawals and 24 to 48 hours for bank transfers. Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500 PHP. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply based on your account verification level.

Before processing any withdrawal, phibet reserves the right to request identity verification documents including government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or denied if verification is incomplete or if fraudulent activity is suspected.

3.3 Bonus and Promotional Funds

Bonus funds and promotional credits are subject to specific wagering requirements and terms detailed in each promotion. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met. Failure to complete wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings derived from them.

4. Betting Rules and Game Terms

4.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed through phibet are final once confirmed. phibet reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious error, technical malfunction, fraudulent activity, or violation of these Terms. Settlement of bets follows official results as determined by the relevant governing body for each sport or game.

Maximum bet limits and maximum win limits apply to all wagers and are displayed at the time of bet placement. These limits may vary by game type, event, and individual player status. phibet reserves the right to adjust limits at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Casino Games

All casino games including live dealer games, slots, table games, and specialty games operate using certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live human dealers. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published for each game and represent theoretical payout rates over extended play periods.

Game malfunction voids all pays and plays. In the event of a game malfunction, phibet will restore accounts to their state prior to the malfunction and refund any affected wagers. Players must report any suspected game irregularities immediately to customer support.

4.3 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets are offered for pre-match and live in-play events covering PBA, NBA, football, boxing, UFC, sabong, and other sports. Bet acceptance is subject to availability and odds are subject to change without notice. All bets must be placed before the specified event deadline.

Settlement of sports bets follows official results announced by the relevant governing body. If an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, bets will be settled according to specific rules for each sport. Where no specific rule applies, bets will be void and stakes returned.

5. Prohibited Activities and Account Closure

5.1 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension or closure:

• Creating multiple accounts or using accounts belonging to other persons
• Using automated betting software, bots, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets
• Colluding with other players or engaging in any form of cheating or fraud
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the Platform
• Using the Platform for money laundering or other illegal financial activities
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward phibet staff or other users
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack any part of the Platform
• Using VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions

5.2 Account Suspension and Closure

phibet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon account closure, all pending bets will be void and account balances forfeited, except where prohibited by applicable law.

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you after deducting any applicable fees or charges. Responsible gaming self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and permanently close your account for the specified period.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, trademarks, logos, graphics, software, and other materials displayed on the phibet Platform are the exclusive property of phibet or its licensors and are protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. The phibet name, logo, and all related marks are registered trademarks.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without express written permission from phibet.

7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

phibet provides the Platform and all services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, phibet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, even if phibet has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

phibet's total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your account during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability.

8. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of phibet services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to contact phibet customer support to attempt informal resolution of any dispute. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue formal legal remedies.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

phibet reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of phibet services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the Platform. If you do not agree to any changes, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.
